Medical Assistant Front Office Patient Service Representative for an active specialty medical office
Duties to include: Assisting patients with the checking in process via IPad, scheduling interpreters, collecting co-pays, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, assisting with phone calls, clearing emails, process incoming e-faxes, directing messages to proper team members, verifying continuity of care, assisting patients with paperwork and other issues relating to front desk procedures. As needed assist team members with processing medical record requests. Assist back office with rooming patients as needed.
Requirements: Medical Assistant, exceptional customer service experience, working in a medical office required, must be able to multitask, detail oriented, able to adapt quickly within the medical environment, a team player.
