Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain food safety and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional service in various settings including nightclubs, banquet events, catering functions, and retail environments.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and restocking of bar supplies, glassware, and utensils to keep the workspace organized.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Experience in food industry roles including fine dining, nightclub service, banquet events, or catering is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
