We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager to keep our Denver headquarters running smoothly. This role supports leadership, production, and logistics teams to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, organized, and aligned with Daffy Apple’s commitment to quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, mail, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized systems for records, documents, and internal communication.
- Manage weekly payroll through Rippling payroll system
- Process all phone and email orders through Quickbooks to ensure accurate recordkeeping and order fulfillment. This includes creating manual orders in QBO, adding products and customer details, and generating invoices or receipts for each transaction.
Team & Leadership Support
- Support employee onboarding and new-hire orientation.
- Serve as point of contact for staff inquiries, shipping inquiries, and general document requests.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment reflecting Daffy Apple’s culture.
Finance & Purchasing
- Manage purchasing for front office supplies and shipping.
- Track invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in coordination with accounting.
- Maintain budget awareness and support cost control initiatives.
Operations & Coordination
- Liaise between office, warehouse, and production teams to align schedules and priorities.
- Support logistics and order tracking coordination as needed during seasonal peaks.
- Assist leadership with internal reporting, HR documentation, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional communication — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general business software (QBO).
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
