A Talent-Model Scout is primarily responsible for sourcing and acquiring talent for the pipeline through recruitment efforts. The position entails proactively identifying and seeking the best channels from which to source potential clients across all channels. The Talent-Model Scout must be resourceful, open-minded to find the best means for outreach and recruitment. This role demands hard work, creativity, and strategic thinking to identify recruits; and generate interest among passive candidates.
