Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the sales team through accurate order entry, product support, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and enter orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide product information and support to customers and the sales team
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and customer concerns
- Assist the Sales Team with customer-related issues and opportunities
- Handle daily phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Process export paperwork through FedEx and UPS systems
- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
- Prioritize and multitask orders, phone calls, and miscellaneous tasks efficiently
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees through both written and verbal communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to support customer needs
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry skills
- Prior data entry experience with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
