Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker (or Salesperson with Broker capability) to support timeshare resale and sales activity for a well-established timeshare oceanfront resort on Cape Cod.
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for a self-motivated professional who values flexibility and wants to leverage an existing resort platform to generate sales.

Ocean Club on Smuggler’s Beach is a highly regarded timeshare beach front resort with a long-standing owner base and consistent guest traffic.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate timeshare resale and new ownership transactions
- Engage with prospective buyers and existing owners
- Present ownership opportunities in a professional, consultative manner
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate regulations
- Coordinate with resort staff as needed to support transactions
- Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records
Qualifications
- Active MA Salesperson license, Brokers license or Managing Brokers license
- Proof of Insurance coverage
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Work Structure
