Le Vigne Winery is hiring a positive and efficient person to join our family as a integral seasonal winemaking team member, from approximately August 3rd, 2026 to November 27th, 2026. This person is responsible for assisting in all aspects of winemaking during the harvest season. The candidate should have a strong interest in learning about wine production and ideally have some previous lab, cellar, or manufacturing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sample and perform analyses of grapes, juice, and wine using laboratory instruments including an Admeo Y15
- Perform data entry
- Complete lab start-up and shut-down, following standard procedures and protocols
- Perform cellar tasks including grape receiving, crushing, punchdowns/pumpovers, inoculations/additions, pressing, wine movements and barrel filling
- Clean equipment and the facility
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Attentive to details and able to accurately track and document data
- Ability to work longer hours during peak season and at least one weekend day during harvest
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, climb stairs, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform work duties both indoors and out, in fluctuating temperatures
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
