Construction Project Coordinator
Falcon Contracting is a commercial pavement striping and signage construction company located in North Phoenix. We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a positive-thinking team player that possesses excellent phone and computer skills, a strong attention to detail, good time-management skills, and is proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Schedule: M-Th 8am-5pm Fri. 8am-12pm
Experience: High School graduate or GED, plus a minimum of two years’ work experience in a clerical position is required. Experience working in contract administration for a construction contractor is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Answer, screen and route phone calls
· Greet visitors and vendors and assist as needed
· Prepare outgoing mail including correspondence and A/P payments
· Match purchase orders with packing slips and invoices
· Match credit card receipts with credit card bills
· Key in Accounts payable entries into QuickBooks Online
· Assist with new hire paperwork
· Make occasional hotel reservations
· Keep inventory and order office supplies
· Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing and keeping office area clean and organized
Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED is required
*Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clerical position
*Experience working in construction contract administration is preferred
*Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work in a construction office environment
*Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
