Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Tip Share
Ownership guarantees that tips will be equal to an additional $2/hr. This location averages $3-$4/hr in tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and storage
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to at all times
- Support catering events and special meal preparations as needed
- Use knife skills effectively for food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, including kitchen experience or dietary aide roles
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and food service operations
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
