Full-Time Parts Consultant

Job Summary:
To support the growth and profitability of the Parts Department by assisting the Service Department and Sales Department as well as Wholesale and Retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent service by listening to customer and internal inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
- Perform a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales and delivery of parts and accessories with an emphasis on same day repairs in the Service Department.
- Properly identify parts needed to provide an accurate price and availability.
- Assist with inventory management, the checking in, inspection and stocking of parts.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service.
Qualifications:
- One or more years of Parts Counter experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Capable of problem identification and resolution.
- Possess good time management skills.
- Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
