We are a growing, local Home Care Agency actively seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) living in Mid-Suffolk (Centereach, Selden, Coram, and Lake Grove). We have fully authorized patients waiting for care just minutes from your home.

NYS Requirements:
- Valid NYS HHA or PCA Certificate.
- Recent Physical Exam (within 6-12 months).
- PPD/QuantiFERON TB test & proof of MMR immunizations.
- Valid ID and Social Security Card.
Pay: $21.32 per hour
