This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning the latest technology, is comfortable interacting with customers, and wants to develop into a future sales professional. You'll work with Cadillac's cutting-edge vehicles every day while receiving training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized technology demonstrations to customers taking delivery of their new Cadillac.
- Explain vehicle features including infotainment, navigation, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, safety systems, Super Cruise, driver assistance technologies, and the myCadillac app.
- Answer customer questions after delivery and help them get the most from their vehicle.
- Stay current on new vehicle technology, software updates, and product features.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to provide an exceptional ownership experience.
- Check in and inspect new vehicle deliveries from the factory.
- Maintain vehicle fuel and battery charge levels.
- Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable learning and explaining technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
