1099 Manager position
Must arrive at 6am
Hours are 6am to 10am Monday through friday
Do not apply if you struggle with communicating or explaining procedures to our Delivery drivers
(Bilingual is a plus)
Job Description:
1.Sort packages for delivery drivers
2.Explain how to use delivery app
3.Explain how to take delivery pictures
4.Explain penalty fees for not making deliveries correctly
5.Make sure drivers scan and take all packages daily
6.Count redeliveries brought back by drivers from the day before
Manager must take a small delivery route for first 2 days to help understand how the app works
Manger also has the options to delivery packages as a driver and get paid on top of Manager pay at $1.90 per stop (60 stops = $114) plus manager pay $80
Manager can not leave to start route untill all drivers have left the warehouse
Must respond to text and answer the phone for updates and changes from the boss while on the clock
Manager has authority to hire new drivers
(drivers that struggle to deliver or struggle with following instructions will not be able to deliver with us)
