Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong retail and leadership experience, a passion for thrift culture, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience in buy/sell/trade or resale environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, creating a positive and collaborative work culture
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Monitor sales performance, set goals, and develop strategies to meet and exceed store targets
- Oversee cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies
- Assist with buying, pricing, and merchandising secondhand inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or passion for thrift, resale, or sustainable fashion strongly preferred
- Buy/sell/trade store experience is a plus

Schedule: Part to Full-time 30-40 hours per week, weekends required
