Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with food handling regulations and best practices.
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, verifying legal drinking age and recognizing signs of intoxication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with restaurant or nightclub experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for sales transactions and retail math accuracy.
- Experience working in fine dining establishments or banquet settings is a plus.
