Floors & Kitchens Today is looking for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for interior design for a management role in our showroom in Seekonk, Massachusetts. In this role, you will lead the team and actively participate in growing existing accounts and developing new business relationships that result in increased sales. You will be responsible to meet with customers in store and on the jobsite, assessing their needs and design aspirations and providing solutions to achieve those goals. Additionally the manager oversees store operations, takes a lead in any conflict resolution, ensures materials are ordered and jobs are scheduled in a timely manner and more.
Our offerings include all types of flooring products as well as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, fixtures, window treatments and more. We offer employees an exciting fast-paced yet very friendly work environment as well as training and development to assist you in achieving your goals.. Compensation includes a base salary of $55-60,000 as well as unlimited bonus opportunity based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop consultative sales relationships with all manner of clientele.
- Highly driven to succeed.
- Ability to overcome objections and gain the customer's trust. Unafraid to follow up repeatedly to close the sale.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong organization and follow up skills.
- Proficient with computers and technology
- 5+ years sales experience. Home improvement sales preferred but not required.
- Able to work Saturdays. Hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm. You will have Sunday and one other week day off each week.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. routinely.
