Napoleon Steakhouse is seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team as a Chef Partner.
This is more than a traditional chef position. We are looking for a culinary leader who wants to help build and grow a premier steakhouse brand alongside ownership. The ideal candidate will take pride in treating the restaurant as their own business, driving culinary excellence, operational performance, and long-term growth.
For the right candidate, there is a clear path to a partnership arrangement based on experience, performance, commitment, and contribution to the business.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a chef with:
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Management experience
- Strong steakhouse, fine dining, or upscale restaurant background
- Proven experience leading kitchen teams and managing daily operations
- Knowledge of food cost control, labor management, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a business rather than simply working a job
ResponsibilitiesCulinary Leadership
- Lead all kitchen operations and maintain the highest culinary standards.
- Develop and execute menu items with consistency and creativity.
- Ensure exceptional preparation of steaks, seafood, and signature dishes.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff.
Business Operations
- Manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory controls.
- Improve kitchen efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in menu pricing and product sourcing.
- Work directly with ownership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and retain kitchen staff.
- Build a positive and accountable kitchen culture.
- Develop future kitchen leaders within the organization.
