What you will be doing
Preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities.
Working across 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns.
Supporting more complex tax work as your experience and confidence develop.
Working closely with senior team members and firm leadership on client assignments.
Getting exposure to tax planning and advisory conversations over time.
Building relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.
Supporting bookkeeping or payroll related client needs where required.
What they are looking for
Public accounting tax experience, ideally around 5 years or more.
Experience preparing tax returns for individuals and business entities.
Someone who wants to keep learning, keep improving, and build a long term career in public accounting.
A person who is comfortable asking questions, taking ownership, and being a genuine part of a smaller team.
CPA / EA or progress toward it would be helpful, but is not essential.
