Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and register operations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending popular or new offerings.
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support quick service delivery during busy hours.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety management, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail sales transactions.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace according to health standards.

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
