We are looking for Shift Leaders who are passionate about being part of the management team and have a mindset to grow within the company as a Restaurant Operations Manager in the near future!
Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and have open availability. Especially evening & overnight! (We are a 24-hour fast-casual restaurant w/ catering & event services)
Must have and/or be willing to obtain NYC DOH food-handling certifications.
Communication skills in SPANISH are a PLUS!

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure and execute smooth service; Must be front of the house service-orientated!
- Assist and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Assist in inventory control, ensuring that office supplies are adequately stocked and managed efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health (NYC DOH) and safety regulations in both kitchen and dining areas. Must assist in the cleanliness program!
- Utilize the Toast/Spot-On POS system for order management and reporting purposes.
- Assisting in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and quality service during peak hours for all FOH areas.
- Assist in planning and executing all catering orders & events/banquets, ensuring all details meet guest expectations at all times.
- Must be able to attend, set-up and run all catering & events as needed, along with the event team, without any issues; keep the client happy at all times.
- Must be available to work weekends and shift lead the restaurant - mandatory!
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management in a quick-service (QSR) and full-service restaurants or similar environments.
- Strong bartending skills are a plus, enhancing service offerings during busy periods.
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices is essential for effective collaboration with BOH staff pertaining to Food handling guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality management principles.
- Experience in staff training and development of FOH team members.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes to maintain operational efficiency.
