Treehouse Therapies is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient clinic with locations in Bend and Redmond, Oregon. We provide physical therapy, occupational, and behavioral health therapies to children and families in out clinics, in their homes, in the pool, and on the farm. In Bend, we are located at the ranch at Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center. We have converted the 3600 sq foot home on the ranch into a beautiful therapy clinic. This location allows us to incorporate the therapeutic attributes of animals and nature to accomplish our therapy goals. In Redmond, we have a 3600 sq foot farmhouse with indoor pool and plenty of outdoor space with animals for animal assisted therapy options.

Treehouse therapies is seeking an organized and self driven individual to engage with our clients, therapists and staff. This individual will report to the Admin Clinic Coordinator.
Operations Administrator ensures basic administration duties are completed timely to ensure clients receive the best care.
- Assist Therapists with Schedules as needed.
- Ensure a friendly office experience by engaging with clients and therapists to ensure they are getting questions answered and needs met while they are in clinic.
- Receive and return phone calls, forward messages to therapists, etc.
- Set up new patient charts
- Manage cancellation process
- Communicating with office staff, therapists and clients in a positive manner
- Help maintain patient files
- Waitlist Management
- Clinic care and maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
