We are currently seeking sales professionals that are CLOSERS with experience in roofing restoration projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work up to running company leads and generate revenue by selling roofing replacement and repair contracts.
- Meet with Insurance Adjusters to represent property owners throughout the Adjuster inspection.
- Maintain accurate lead records and CRM Data for all opportunities.
- Correspond with customers throughout the entire process and monitor daily work completed by crews during production.
- Meet with property owners to properly close out projects including but not limited to obtaining a Certificate of Completion, signed warranty paperwork, and final payment collections.
- Have knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively communicate with customers and prospects to ensure that they understand the services necessary to restore their home.
- Attend company sales and product/manufacturer meetings in order to enhance your sales and product knowledge skills.
