Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your mechanical knowledge and field service experience will help ensure our customers enjoy optimal comfort and system performance. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and appliances in residential settings.
- Conduct plumbing and mechanical repairs related to HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
- Read and interpret HVAC design plans and schematics to accurately service complex systems.
- Utilize welding skills for equipment repair or modifications when necessary.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
- License: Valid Florida Driver’s License; ability to pass a drug test and background check; age 18+.
- Certification: EPA Certification is required. NATE Certification is preferred.
Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals confidently.
- Skilled in plumbing, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), appliance repair, and boiler maintenance.
- Experience with field service operations across property maintenance or equipment repair sectors.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems including air conditioning units.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
