Key Responsibilities
- Quickly process and interpret information, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Assess operational or strategic issues, create solutions, and implement with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Perform scenario analysis, forecasting, and stress testing under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide real-time insights to drive efficiency and growth.
- Stay focused and deliver high-quality outputs even in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through experience or a passion for competitive strategy games.
- Exceptional focus and composure under pressure; track record of delivering results in fast-moving or high-stakes settings.
- Experience assessing complex issues and successfully implementing practical, effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Details:
- Type: Full-time, onsite in Irvine, CA
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Days & Hours: Saturday & Sunday 7 am – 4 pm, Monday – Wednesday 5 am – 2 pm PST
