American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Night Shift Emergency Department position in Massachusetts, requiring a permanent MA RN license and telemetry reading ability.

Emergency Department (ER) setting in a hospital environment

Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Shift start time may flex up to four hours earlier or later based on urgent staffing needs, though this occurs very rarely
-
13-week contract

Epic EMR experience preferred

Telemetry monitoring required

Active, permanent MA RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required

Ability to read telemetry strips required

2 professional references required, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher

Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for this position

Orientation includes two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry/EKG exam — each allows only one attempt; failure results in immediate contract cancellation

Study materials will be provided prior to and during orientation to help candidates prepare for required exams

Candidates with any prior disciplinary action on their nursing license are not eligible for this position
