About This Opportunity
I am a licensed criminal defense attorney, content creator, dating clarity coach, and founder of a luxury hair brand operating under a multi-brand entrepreneurial collective — actively building toward a multimillion dollar operation. I need a right hand. A real one.
This is an all-hands-on-deck role. You will work directly with me across every area of my businesses and personal life. No two days are the same. The right person will grow with this brand — the opportunity, the title, and the compensation all grow with you. A confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement is required upon hire.
What You’ll Do
- Video content editing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — sound, lighting, pacing, platform optimization
- Social media management — scheduling, posting, captions, hashtags, SEO-informed content strategy
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to generate captions, hashtags, hooks, and content strategy
- Understand and apply platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and performance
- Make professional phone calls and handle communications on behalf of multiple businesses
- Event planning and coordination support
- Research and problem solving — independently, without being walked through it
- Light personal assistance — errands, organizing, cleaning, day-to-day household tasks
- Childcare assistance for a small child as needed
- Legal and business administrative support
- Task and project tracking across multiple moving priorities
- Some travel may be required
You Are the Right Person If
- You are based in Atlanta metro and have reliable personal transportation
- You have high-level working knowledge of how TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook actually work — the algorithms, the content formats, what performs and why
- You edit video confidently — CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- You are proficient with AI tools or learn new tools extremely fast
- You understand SEO as it applies to social content — captions, hashtags, keywords
- You are a self-starter who does not need to be managed, motivated, or reminded
- You are emotionally mature and thick-skinned — direct feedback does not rattle you
- You are open-minded, culturally aware, and bring good energy without drama
- You are trustworthy at your core — not because you were told to be, but because that’s who you are
- You are warm and genuinely comfortable around a small child
- You can hold multiple priorities in the air simultaneously and land them all
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and nothing falls through the cracks
- You have flexible availability — schedule varies week to week including evenings and weekends
- You are interested in entrepreneurship, business development, media, and growth
- You recognize a real opportunity when it’s in front of you

- You need rigid structure and a defined task list every day
- You are overly sensitive or take direct feedback personally
- You ask a lot of questions instead of figuring things out
- Confidentiality is something you struggle with
- You are not genuinely comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Atlanta metropolitan area — local and in-person availability required
- Reliable personal transportation — non-negotiable
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
- Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and NDA upon hire
- Must consent to a background check
- Three professional or character references required
