Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Trailer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right trailer for their needs, build strong customer relationships, and help drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate trailer solutions.
- Prepare quotes, sales contracts, and financing paperwork.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay informed about trailer inventory, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, trailer, equipment, or related industries is a plus).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license.
