You study each passageway, choose the right hand or power tool, and methodically remove burrs and debris so fluid can move flawlessly through every channel. You update the ERP system as you go, keep your bench tidy, and jump in with teammates to hit customer commitments. That’s a typical day for our Hydraulic Manifold Deburr Specialist.
- Identify and remove debris inside components per work instructions using hand tools, power tools, and dedicated equipment.
- Handle and process parts to meet quality, throughput, efficiency, and customer specification targets.
- Communicate proactively about expedited orders, part quality concerns, and inventory record corrections.
- Promote and practice safe behaviors; suggest improvements to safety procedures.
- Keep your work area organized and audit-ready.
- Record accurate transactions and maintain data integrity in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals; assist with other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year relevant experience preferred (manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred).
- Comfortable with common hand and power tools.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize based on customer needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.

- Strong hand-eye coordination.
