About the Opportunity
This is a true entry-level opportunity to get into manufacturing operations and learn how a global company works from the inside out.
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll spend your time working alongside the manufacturing and operations teams, helping keep production activities organized and information moving between departments. There is a mix of hands-on operational support and data entry, making this a good fit for someone who likes variety and wants to build experience beyond a typical office or warehouse position.
What You'll Do
- Support daily manufacturing and operational activities to help keep production on schedule
- Enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, and order information in internal systems
- Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and other documentation
- Coordinate information between manufacturing, warehouse, customer service, and other internal departments
- Monitor orders, materials, and production activity and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and other day-to-day operational tasks
- Review information for accuracy and help identify discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse, manufacturing, or another fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Reliable and willing to take ownership of your work
- Ability to follow established processes while knowing when to ask questions
- Someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and room to grow
