Looking for animal lovers to join our team to pamper our furry clientele. If you are considering a career in animal care, this may be a great place to start. We are looking for motivated, punctual, and hard-working individuals to oversee the care and exercising of the pets that stay with us. Must be able to handle animals of up to 150 lbs and physically be able to stay on your feet during your entire shift.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide exercise to pets staying at facility.
2. Clean pet suites thoroughly and efficiently.
3. Feed and water all animals.
4. Help with check-in/check-out of all pets.
5. Do laundry to keep pet bedding and suites clean and comfortable.
6. Operate software to track feeding, medication, and pet eliminations during stay.
7. Be a team player willing to contribute to a safe and supportive work environment.
8. Must be willing to learn positive reinforcement behaviors and appropriate pet handling techniques.
9. Must be willing and able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
