Qualifications:
- Valid and current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working within K-12 settings preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Must be available for full-time, on-site, in-person work
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments for K-12 students across multiple schools
- Offer direct counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Develop and help implement IEPs and behavior plans
- Collaborate on intervention strategies and promote positive school climates
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
