As an installer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing the site for construction and installing various types of fencing, including digging holes, positioning posts, and attaching the proper hardware to secure rails or panels.
- Install chain-link fencing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Measure layouts and prepare job sites
- Install gates, gate hardware, privacy slats, and accessories
- Stretch and secure chain-link fabric
- Utilizing the proper tools, such as hand tools, shovels, pole diggers, rakes, pliers, hammers, and basic painting skills.
- Mixing and setting posts using concrete.
- Quality control, checking for gaps and vulnerabilities in the fencing, and correcting these as needed.
- Communicating with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
- Issuing warranties for completed projects.
- Erecting and repairing fences and fence gates, using hand and power tools.
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and complete projects on schedule
-2 year minimum experience in fence installation
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a clean criminal background
