We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team working on residential subdivision projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to building residential subdivisions, including storm drain installation, erosion control, mass grading, clearing, and site preparation
- Operate various types of heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, off-road dump trucks, graders, and water trucks
- Conduct routine maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure proper operation
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet project timelines and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth job site operations
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment and machinery (dozers, excavators, tankers, dump trucks, graders, water trucks, skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)
- Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
