Job Description
Are you the person who looks at a room and notices the 1% that everyone else missed? Do you take pride in crossing the finish line of a project and leaving a client thrilled?
We are looking for an experienced Lead Remodeler & Finish Specialist to be our ultimate "closer." You will be the face of the final phase of our projects, taking a remodel from 90% to 100%. This role requires a high level of autonomy, excellent problem-solving skills, and a master's eye for drywall and paint finish.
Key Responsibilities
- The Final Touch: Complete final punch lists to close out residential remodeling projects to CMI standards.
- Drywall & Texture: Handle drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and matching various textures seamlessly.
- High-End Painting: Deliver flawless interior and exterior paint finishes, including trim, cabinetry touch-ups, and walls.
- Light Carpentry & Adjustments: Hang doors, install baseboards/trim, adjust hardware, and fix minor alignment issues.
- Client Relations: Communicate professionally with homeowners during the final, critical stage of their remodel.
- Job Site Stewardship: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in residential remodeling, specifically focused on drywall finishing and high-quality painting.
- The Toolbox: Must have your own reliable hand/power tools appropriate for finish work.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable truck or van capable of hauling materials/tools.
- Eye for Detail: Ability to spot defects and fix them before the client sees them.
- Reliability: You show up on time, do what you say you're going to do, and take pride in your integrity.

Pay: $18.24 - $32.39 per hour
