PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available
At ATEK Metal Technologies, our production team is the backbone of everything we do. As a Production Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in turning raw aluminum into high-quality, precision components used across industries.

Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce parts

Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality expectations are met

Load/unload materials and keep production flowing

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate with team members and supervisors to solve problems

Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and work procedures

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Dependable and team-oriented

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

1st Shift: Days

2nd Shift: Afternoons/Evenings
