Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Journeyman Carpenter with a strong background in all phases of interior remodeling finish trim, light framing, flooring, paint, drywall, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects, utilizing and training apprentices and leading laborers,demonstrating expertise in multiple trades and a commitment to delivering top-notch workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in the areas of construction .
- Execute repairs, installations, and renovations with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, requiring a valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter/Tradesman in the construction industry.
- Proficient in paint application, drywall installation/repair, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
