Engineered metal working company specializing in enclosure manufacturing is looking for skilled assemblers to join their team!!
1st shift hours
Pay varies based on experience - $22-24/hr

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Standing, walking, and bending for at least 8 hours.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and report defects or malfunctions in assembly processes.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain records of assembly production and report progress to supervisors.
