GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Keeps offices, bathrooms, change rooms, breakrooms, and common areas in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, bathrooms, common areas and office space.

Empties light trash and light garbage containers.

Cleans bathrooms.

Wipes down counters, tables, and chairs in breakrooms. Cleans microwave, coffee machine. Runs and empties dishwasher. Replenishes supplies in breakroom (paper towels, soap, coffee grounds and condiments, etc.)

Sanitizes frequently touched surfaces: door handles, water fountains, elevator buttons, staircase railings, etc.

Notifies management concerning need for repairs or changes to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
