We are seeking a Residential Siding Project Manager to oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient execution and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential siding projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and installation crews
- Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
- Conduct site visits, job progress inspections, and final walkthroughs with homeowners
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve jobsite issues promptly while protecting quality, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams to deliver seamless project execution
- Uphold company commitment to clean, organized, and safe job sites
Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have the below qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential siding
- Strong knowledge of siding practices and materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license
