Sourdough & Moore is a small, quality-focused bakery in San Diego specializing in artisan sourdough breads, bagels, pastries, and great customer service. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and help keep our workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Position: Dishwasher
Location: San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part Time. Shifts are from 5am-1:30pm.
What You’ll Do:
– Wash and sanitize dishes, sheet pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and baking equipment
– Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked
– Take out trash and recycling as needed
– Assist with basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
– Help bakers and front-of-house staff with small prep or cleaning jobs when needed
– Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
– Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
– Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
– No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person
Schedule & Pay
– Early morning shifts required
– Weekend availability required
– Hourly Pay + equal percentage of pooled tips
