Compensation (You Keep More of What You Close):
- 40% commission on gross profit of all closed jobs — remodels, deck rebuilds, roofing, siding, general contracting, junk hauling, and everything in between.
- 40% of all overs paid directly to you, increasing to 50% of overs after 90 days with the company.
- Strong performance bonuses for top earners.
- Travel stipend to help cover gas and mileage.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to handle warm leads, quote jobs on-site, and close high-value home improvement projects. You’ll start with smaller requests but excel at pivoting customers into larger, comprehensive projects using strong consultative selling and upsell skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up on company-provided warm leads across the greater Seattle area.
- Conduct in-home assessments, deliver professional quotes, and close deals.
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand small jobs into full remodels, deck rebuilds, roofing/siding packages, and more.
- Build lasting trust with homeowners and represent the Goodfella's brand with integrity.
- Manage your sales pipeline, track activity, and collaborate with our operations team.
- Use your own reliable transportation for site visits.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience recommended but not required — we’ll train the right hungry, self-motivated individual.
- Strong preference for proven sales background in home services, especially siding sales, roofing sales, remodeling, or general contracting.
- Essential: Demonstrated upsell experience and the ability to pivot from small quotes to large-scope projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who is reliable, professional, and comfortable in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
