This role plays a vital part in enhancing customer engagement through strategic market expansion, territory development, and consistent brand representation.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Engage with customers face-to-face to present and promote Frontier products and
services in designated markets and at local events
- Develop leadership capabilities by recruiting, training, motivating, and coaching sales
teams to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Work closely with management and customer executives to align Frontier business goals
with effective sales and marketing strategies
- Utilize marketing materials and promotional campaigns to acquire high-quality customers
and encourage repeat business
- Monitor campaign performance, establish sales objectives, and evaluate market trends
to meet company goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support and lead Entry Level Assistant Manager
training sessions that enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve high performance
- Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and ambition to advance into leadership
- Previous experience in an entry-level sales or management role is preferred
- Self-starter with a team-oriented, results-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry-related events
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as business needs demand
- Direct experience as an Entry Level Assistant Manager is highly desirable
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
