Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10–15+ years overall experience in ERP data migration / data conversion.
- Proven experience in at least one or more Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong exposure to legacy ERP systems:
o Oracle EBS / JD Edwards / Viewpoint or similar
- Hands-on experience with:
o FBDI / HDL / ADFDI data loads
o Data migration / ETL tools (ODI, OIC, SQL-based tools)
- Strong understanding of domain data models:
o Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
o Projects / Job costing
- Experience in reconciliation, data validation, and audit compliance.

- Experience with multi-ERP consolidation programs.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data services.
- Experience in construction / engineering / EPC industry.
- Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Ability to manage large-scale, complex data programs
- Leadership and cross-functional coordination
Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 a year
