Growing student property management company is in need of a part time leasing agent. Leasing agents are a key part of our team, responsible for answering leads, scheduling showings, showing properties, and optimizing our tenants' experience.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; be self-starting but able to follow directions of senior staff; have excellent computer skills; be a fast learner; be willing to be a team player; have a positive, drama free attitude and be able to blend with a small staff.
