This position will focus on both commercial and agricultural credit analysis and is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years of credit analysis experience; candidates with more than that will be considered. The Credit Analyst will work directly with the Chief Lending Officer/Chief Credit Officer at the holding company level, gaining exposure to a diverse range of credits and receiving outstanding mentorship and development. The long-term career path is flexible, with the opportunity to remain on the credit side or transition into a commercial or agricultural role within 2 to 3 years.
