About the Role
We are an established apparel manufacturing company producing high quality workwear. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help keep our production facility running smoothly. This role is split evenly between warehouse operations and mechanical/maintenance work; ideal for someone who's comfortable both moving product and keeping equipment running. You'll play a key role in keeping our facility organized, clean, and operational day to day.
What You'll Do
- Perform general warehouse duties: receiving, organizing, and moving materials and finished goods
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move pallets and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility at all times
- Perform routine mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues as they arise
- Support warehouse operations specific to an apparel manufacturing environment (e.g. fabric rolls, cut goods, finished garment handling)
- Collaborate with production and operations staff to keep workflows running smoothly
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance setting
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification, paid by company)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand tools, troubleshooting, and routine equipment repair
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Apparel or textile manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Up to $25.00/hour
- 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, day shift with opportunity for overtime
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
