As a Front Desk Agent, your welcoming smile and outgoing personality will be the first things our valued guests encounter during their visit. In this fast paced environment where every day is a different day, you will be expected to be flexible and professional while delivering the highest level of customer service. For this position, you must be available to work weekends.
JOB DUTIES:
- Greet all customers who approach the Front Desk
- Interact with customers in the lobby by staying at the Front Desk and/or visible to all guests throughout the majority of your shift
- Check-in and Check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Review and appropriately prepare your arrivals paying close attention to special requests
- Promote and enroll new Hilton Honors members
- Stay current with Hilton Honors program and delivery of benefits
- Consistently utilizing internal communication software to interact with all team members for all essential items
- Handle complaints immediately. Log Guest Assistance cases immediately when appropriate and log in the internal communication software so all departments are aware, and management can advise of solutions
- Upsell your arrivals
- Coordinate with Housekeeping on room statuses frequently during the day via utilization of internal communication software
- Coordinate with Maintenance any items reported via utilization of internal communication software
- Maintain fresh coffee in the lobby at all times
- Stock the Treats Shop when necessary
- Properly enforce Pet Policy and maintain Pet Playbook
- Prepare welcome bags for Honors and Pets
- Answer telephone timely and professionally; appropriately field calls
- Complete shift checklist before the end of the shift
- Send and receive faxes as needed
- Come to work on time
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Assist in other departments when needed
- Personal appearance is kept clean and professional
- Comply with Hilton Brand Standards
- Comply with hotels’ policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with local events; ability to advise with attractions and restaurants
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Stay current with required trainings
REQUIREMENTS:
− High School Diploma or GED required.
− Experience in OnQ and PEP (a plus but not required).
− Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.
− Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.
− A team player, yet able to work independently.
− Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
− Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, internet, email, internal communication software.
− Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential material.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
