You will have flexibility of scheduling treatments as your schedule allows.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing patient care and possess strong clinical skills in a long term care setting.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a long term care ALF setting and in-home focusing on geriatric care.
**Duties:**
- Improve function and follow the plan of care
- Implement therapeutic approaches and techniques to aid in patient recovery
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including the supervising therapist to ensure comprehensive patient care
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in geriatric therapy techniques
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively
- Experience in long term care settings
-Must have a Florida (PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP) license
