Job Description:
Greenwood Connections is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting in Menahga, MN.
26.44- 28.84 Per Hour
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

Provide respectful, person-centered care

Support resident safety and comfort throughout assigned shift

Document care provided accurately

Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Requirements:

Active Minnesota CNA certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate approach to elder care

Long-term care experience preferred
