Assignment Details:
Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical/Telemetry
Location: Windsor, VT
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Job Type: Travel
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 12-Hour Days/Nights
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend and holidays as needed
On-Call: Required
Float Requirement: Yes – must float to Acute Rehab, Med/Surg, and other units within scope of practice
Charting System: Cerner
Requirements:
Active VT or Compact RN License
BLS (AHA) Certification
ACLS (AHA) Certification
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical/Rehabilitation experience
Charge RN experience required (non-negotiable)
Previous travel nursing experience (minimum of one completed 3-month assignment)
Willingness to float between units as needed
Ability to take on backup Charge Nurse responsibilities
Strong patient education, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
BSN preferred
